
Cancelation Policy of Olivia Joy Kinesiology
When booking a service with Olivia Joy Kinesiology the service is payable upon booking.

Rescheduling of services is free when more than 24 hours notice is provided.
​
If you wish to cancel and obtain a refund, a small administration fee of $2.50 will apply to your booking and to process your refund.
​
Any bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur a $50 cancelation fee, however you may transfer your time allocation to another person free of charge.
​
No shows will incur a full loss of service Fee.​
​
If your running late (more than 5 minutes), a small fee of $20 will be a payable to hold your appointment until you arrive. Some appointments may need to be cut short if lateness is longer than 30 minutes so as not to impact other clients booked in after your appointment.

Joy and love Co Laybuy Policy
By entering into a layby agreement with Joy and Love Co,
you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility of Items
All items over $200, including one-off pieces, made to order, sound items, and handmade items, are non-refundable for change of mind.Refunds are only provided if an item is found to be faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Layby Deposit
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on all laybys at the time of purchase.
This deposit secures the item and removes it from sale.
3. Layby Payment Period
All laybys must be paid in full within three (3) months from the start date of the layby. Failure to complete payments within this period may result in cancellation of the layby.
4. Layby Cancellation
Layby cancellation is permitted within the three-month layby period, however: The 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Laybys cannot be cancelled due to a sale, discount, or promotion of similar items in store or online.
-one off, made to order items, sound items, and handmade items are non refundable.
5. Christmas Period Cancellations
Laybys cancelled during the Christmas peak period will incur an additional 10% cancellation fee, due to items being removed from display and sale during this high-demand time.
This fee is in addition to the non-refundable 20% deposit.
6. Refunds & Faulty Items
Refunds or exchanges are only offered if an item is deemed faulty.
Proof of purchase is required for all refund or fault claims.
Product Refund and exchange Policy

At Joy and Love Co. We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide a positive shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Faulty Items
Refunds or replacements are available only for faulty items.
All faulty item claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Any refund or replacement is provided at the discretion of the owner and with agreement from the customer.
Proof of purchase is required.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, one offs or made to order items.

Gifts & Incorrect Purchases
Items purchased as a gift or purchased incorrectly may be exchanged for other items in-store to the same value, subject to availability.
Sale items are excluded from exchanges.
Proof of purchase is required.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless deemed faulty.
Pricing Policy
Items cannot be returned and then repurchased at a lower price.
Price adjustments are not offered on prior purchases.
General Conditions
All items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with original packaging where applicable.
Joy and Love Co. reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange that does not meet the conditions of this policy.
