I am the founder of Joy and Love Co and Olivia Joy Kinesiology. In Kinesiology I use a nurturing and honest approach to get right to the core of your issues and get you right back on track to achieving your goals as soon as possible. I am Currently on extended leave until further notice but my colleague Nina is available for kinesiology appointments.

Your body already knows how to have everything you could possibly ever want and desire, that is a fact! Accessing it is easy when your fully present and connected. But when tricky emotions such as confusion, fear and overwhelm surface, the knowing you possess often becomes clouded.

The unique trauma informed approach I use balances the nervous system and in turn balances the emotions, the mind and the physical body. Through muscle testing, channeling and applying proven corrective techniques we are able to restore connection within the body.

When the body is back in balance, you'll feel an immediate shift in how present and connected you feel. When you return to this state of presence and connection, what was clouded will become clear. Your action steps will come naturally.
