Who is this for?
This mentorship would suit someone who is ready to dive deep into the Spiritual and healing arts. Someone who holds the intention to use the learnings to help others. -For the person who wants to create a career in the healing and Spiritual fields.

This mentorship is aimed at helping you become confident and competent in the following areas 


Client Safety -What details you need to know about client, Client comfort, gaining permission from client

Practitioner Physical Safety -What details to share/not about yourself to maintain your personal empowerment and professionalism, and spiritual red flags to avoid

Establishing Energetic and Personal Boundaries - keeping yourself emotionally and energetically safe when working with others, establishing your spiritual and physical boundaries, practices to support these boundaries. 

 

Environment

- Learn what it takes to create a warm and inviting environment for clients and customers, plus tips and tricks on how to bring your energy and authenticity into the space.

Competence and Confidence in facilitating client sessions- identify and gain confidence in your unique giftings and talents. Explore disciplines and practices that tune your spiritual body and help you shine as a practitioner.

Embodiment - learn and become proficient in practices that help you embody and display your learnings.
identify which practices benefit your mental, emotional and physical health and how to use these techniques to help others in a clinical setting.

When does the mentorship start?
The mentorship begins 1 October 2024

 

Ending Jan 11 with a break from Dec 15-31

 

What is the Time investment ?

 3 hours per week in person learning.

7-10 optional hours in own time

 

Broken down

1:1 time with Olivia 1 hour per week which can be split over 2 days for individual needs and learning.

2 hours group meetings per week, learning + group discussions

+ in person practice sessions on classmates or friends in the 3rd month. 2-3 hours per week.

A Program that teaches Emotional Management Skills that last for life

A live online and in person group program to teach the very best SELF-REGULATING practices to helps people of all ages to feel ABLE TO COPE when big or PAINFUL EMOTIONS arise.​

 

Through my clinic over the past 6 years I have documented which techniques commonly help people to cope with each individual emotion and have created a simple, and easy to understand program where I teach you and show you each technique.

 

What will I learn?

This 6 week long program aims to teach you the art of identifying and properly processing your emotions. This is done by teaching you the necessary skills to pin-point their place in the body and what is required in order for them to feel smaller and ultimately move through you rather than stay stuck. This is done by learning specified body-based techniques to process each emotion through the body in order to create a sense of control, safety and ultimately freedom. This process allows your body to build new neural pathways that store and provide you access to these emotional regulation skills for life.

  • You feel like you could use some emotional support to better help you manage your emotions and situations in your life better

  • you're an avid learner and are interested in learning the best cutting edge emotional techniques to better your life

  • you're a parent who wants a bit of support with your children's emotions.

  • You're an adult who experiences alcohol, drug or food cravings when bored or emotional.

  • You grew up in an environment where emotions weren't tended to very well or your emotions were shutdown or perceived as inconvenient and you'd like to learn better ways to cope with them

  • Your emotions feel really huge, heavy and overwhelming sometimes

  • You find yourself really overwhelmed or overcome by particular emotions such as anxiety, shame, embaracement, anger, or sadness and are unsure of how to help yourself.

 

 

What can I expect from the program?

Participants can expect to come away feeling more in control of their emotions, more emotionally secure, and well equipped to handle emotional situations in a fast and effective manner that is not only supportive to the body but also to those around you. As a flow on effect one can expect to feel more equipped to hold space and help others through their emotions. Overall participants can expect to feel more empowered, confident, in tune with their body and more in control of their life.

The 6 Weeks Outline 

Starts Thursday June 27

WEEK 1 Outcomes, The brain and nervous system

💫-Learn the process of identifying your emotions and feelings, where they sit in the body and how to identify the wisdom they hold

 

-Real time balancing of the Brain and Nervous system which in turn balances their related emotions. Some of emotions that put the brain and nervous system out of balance include overwhelm, shame, shyness, embaracement, burdened, and unsupported.

 

-Week 1 is the foundational week of the program and provides the most update and powerful processes that work to create a safe feeling internally which will allow emotions to be felt and balanced in a safe way. This cutting edge process allows emotions that once felt huge to feel much smaller and more manageable.

WEEK 3 Outcomes 💫 - Undigested experiences

-learn what sets the stomach off and what leads people to put others needs before their own.

 

Balance the factors that cause your empathy to be out of balance and more focused on others.

-This week helps to foster self-compassion and ensure empathy sits in a space that is uplifting and supportive not only to the recipient but also the receiver.

This helps to balance and eliminate feelings of not being good enough.

-Focus emotions this week include how to manage criticism, disappointment, hunger, nausea, greed, empathy, rejection, future anxiety, envy, assurance.

 

-Balancing involves incorporating the previous weeks learning aswell as new processes and movements, sounds and smells that specifically regulate your body towards these emotions

WEEK 5 Outcomes 💦Anxiety and Fear Management

- Learn the process of bringing awareness and focus into the body and responding to the bodies cues as a way to immediately ground and centre the body emotionally

- Learn how to identify beliefs that drive emotional states

- Learn Olivia's Anxiety process to quickly and efficiently reduce and clear anxiety so that the path and actions forward become crystal clear 

-Focus emotions this week include -fear, phobia, anxiety, paranoia, indecisive, dread, panic, frustration, impatient, lack of direction.

WEEK 2 Outcomes💫 Heart, reproductive and relationships

-learn about power and control and how these dynamics can work for or against us emotionally

 

-learn what is required of you and how to access your personal power to activate courage to face any emotional obstacle.

 

-Learn the signs of emotional bottling and what to do about it🔥

-real time balancing of heart, reproductive and relationship emotions.

- Balancing involves learning the movements, sounds and smells that create a positive reaction and reflex in the body as well as practicing and embodying these practices so that they become second nature

WEEK 4 Outcomes 💫The breath and movement

-Learn how to balance the breath and regulate through learning specific reflexes to support the lungs to breathe deeply and rhythmically.

-Learn about secondary emotions, how to identify them and how to meet the need and emotion underneath them

-Emotions of focus this week- guilt, grief, regret, toxic shame, depression, depressed, weighed down, intolerance, smothered, feelings of self harm.

-Balancing involves learning the movements, sounds and smells regulate your body towards them.

WEEK 6 Outcomes - Anger Management

-learn what really causes anger, irritability and rage to surface in the body as well as how to respond and meet the need that the anger is expressing

 

-learn about boundaries, what they are, what they arnt and how boundaries help to manage and give you back control of your anger.

 

-The Focus emotions this week  that relate to anger are- helplessness, judgement, boredom, despair, anger, rage, resentment, unhappiness, irritability, hostility.

Where is this Program held?

This is run online via zoom and in person so that you can choose to either a) practice and release in the comfort and safety of your private environment or b) come along and be a part of a supportive healing environment. In Person classes are run in Kirwan, Townsville.
