Service Description
Please arrive to your appointment 10 minutes before your allocated session time to allow time for parking. If running more than 10 minutes late a $20 fee will be payable to keep your appointment or it may be forfeited. Please call or text Olivia on 0433775512 to receive the address of the clinic and receive your confirmation of appointment. please allow up to 2 hours for this appointment
Cancellation Policy
-Cancelations are free of charge when more than 24 hours notice is given. -Cancelations and rescheduling of 1:1 appointments within the 24 hour period will incur a $50 cancelation fee, however your session is transferable to another person if they can attend at the allocated session time, in this case you will not pay the $50 fee. -No shows to 1:1 appointments will forfeit your entire session fee. -In the unlikely event that you are unable to make your appointment you can send someone in your place free of charge. All program classes can be watched via replay and you may join in for the class you missed at a later date if you choose to.
