When it comes to organs and disease very few people are ever made aware of the correlation between emotions and organ function

This discovery is very new for some people and is life changing once understood.

Firstly, Ill introduce myself, so you know who is speaking.

My name is Olivia and I'm an expert at translating organ and body messages into a format that people can understand. In other words i'm also a Qualified Kinesiologist -which Basically means i'm really good at reading what's going on in your body and providing direction and messages about what your body wants and how it wants it done.

So Back to what I was saying.

The discovery about the Metaphysical and Emotional link to organ disfunction and disease has been profound a x2

What does Metaphysical mean? Essentially Metaphysical is the body message/ the body's reasoning for showing up with the symptoms of the disease.

Emotionally this is all about how your unprocessed emotions tense your muscles up and create a chain reaction.

I'm going to give you a few examples of this phenomena that i'm sure you've already come across in your life.

A common METAPHYSICAL link I hear all the time is

"I'm Livered"

Do you know what the means essentially?

Its a reference to being angry, yes?

and what organ is used in the saying?

You guessed it, the liver.

Longstanding and suppressed anger negatively impacts correct liver function.

Now to a EMOTIONAL connection, that is very common.

This link is best described in the car, when your peaking with anxiety because its either a) raining, b) it feels like people are being lunatics on the road. Or just in general, the driving is making you anxious.

The key here is the word anxious.

Do you notice when this happens when your driving that your trapz (the muscles ontop of your shoulders) are suddenly tense and achy?

This Is how the emotion Anxiety affects you. Anxiety also effects a few other muscles but this one is most obvious while driving because you use the muscle when driving.

Emotions and muscles are almost like clock work. Its very methodical.

and ill tell you why.

Every body has, organs, organ systems, muscles and meridians (invisible energy pathways, like veins) and they are all linked.

Each organ has associated muscles. for example (Kidney - Hip Flexors, Trapezius, and others) These are the same for every person.

Every organ, and muscle is supplied energy by the meridian, in this case its the Kidney Meridian and when this Meridian is blocked so too is the organ (kidney) and associated muscles (trapezius, hip flexors).

Which brings me to the reason why Anxiety shows in the traps.

As I mentioned above, the trapezius muscle is associated with the Kidney meridian and Organ. You may also remember me saying the meridians are the invisible energy pathways, this pathway transmits information about emotions, in this case the emotion is anxiety and when anxiety is peaking, the meridian may surge or block the pathway and thus the organs and muscles will either relay this message of surging or it will create a blockage, which shows as fatigue of the muscle.
